Services and Delivery
After completing the change of name questionnaire and making payment, your documents will be generated and checked by our qualified paralegal and e-mailed to you for you to check.
Subject to any amendments your deed poll and copies will be sent out by first class post same day
If we have raised any questions with you, then this delivery timescale will of course need to be extended.
Additional certified copies
If you do not order sufficient certified copies of your deed poll at the checkout, any additional copies will be charged at £3.00 per copy. In order to obtain additional copies, you will need to phone 01793 384 034, quoting your name and order reference.
Refund Policy
This website complies with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 in that you have a 14 working day cooling off period to decide whether you wish to proceed with services supplied directly by Online Legal Services Ltd, which starts on the day after you have purchased the service.
However you will not be entitled to a refund during the cooling off period if you have agreed for us to start work by completing the online questions and pressing submit.
